Our Menthya Mudde Hittu is a wholesome and nutrient-rich blend of traditional ingredients like Ragi ,Black urad dal ,red rice ,wheat and Fenugreek .It is rich in protein & gives energy.

The mix aids in strengthening your immune system . It supports health and vitality ,making it ideal for girls during puberty and lactating mothers to strengthen bones and  lower back pain 

Ingredients: Fenugreek, Wheat, Rice, Ragi, Black Urad dal, Red Rice, Almond

How to prepare?

1. Add 2 cups of water to 1 cup of Menthya Mudde powder and prepare a smooth lump-free mixture.

2. Add a tbsp of ghee & salt to the mix and keep it to boil. Stir  continuously until the mixture thickness to prevent lumps.

3. Ensure the mixture is non-sticky, indicating the mix is cooked.

4. Cool slightly, shape to round ball with hand.

5. Serve the Menthya Mudde with ghee or curry.

Variation  :-  1 .Instead of salt, jaggery can be used.          2 .Can be made as dosa’s.
