  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹299.
  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹299. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Products

If your package arrives damaged or any product is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, a clear, continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory. Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including contact number and PIN code. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
